Thanks to a maneuver by Democrats, employers will not have to use the computerized E-Verify system to guarantee that U.S. citizens get the tens of thousands of construction jobs likely created by the stimulus. The result, one major study estimates that some 300,000 illegal aliens will get jobs paid with taxpayer funds.
